Use in slow simmered soups or sauces such as marinara and alfredo. Also great when used on seafood such as halibut, shrimp or salmon.
I created this one by taking a simple herb blend and highlighting it with dry California Lavender. I first used lavender when I began my career at the Az. Biltmore. It was growing in their herb garden. We used to dust salmon with it. The flavor profile is so cool I just became enamored with it. The Atomic Chef version of FHDP is as unique in its flavor profile as it is in its complexities. Soups, sauces, crock pot comfort, and a host of other applications make this blend a “go to” staple of my spice shelf.
