25 ripe Roma tomatoes(top removed)
1 bunch fresh cilantro
2 Fresh jalapenos
1 Onion large chopped and roasted.
3 TBLS Atomic Chef “OMG” Spice
2 TBLS Atomic Chef “Reel and Rifle” Spice
1 TBLS Atomic Chef “Ranchers Steer Rub” Spice
1/2 cup Louisiana hot sauce
3 Tbls Chili powder
1 Tbls cayenne
2 heaping TBLS chopped fresh garlic
In a food processor rough puree all food ingredients. To make the roasted onion: large chop the white onion,toss with 1 Tbls. olive oil,place on baking sheet and cook in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Finally stir in all seasonings and hot sauce. Chill and serve.
